Geoff Connor is an attorney, consultant, and advisor in international, regulatory, environmental, and governmental affairs. He obtained a bachelor's degree in International Studies from Texas State, attended Birkbeck College of the University of London, and received his J.D. degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Connor worked for almost 15 years in Texas state government as a member of the Governor’s staff, as general counsel of two state agencies, and as Texas Secretary of State.
He is active in many civic, professional and charitable organizations, including St. David’s Episcopal Church (Austin) and Calvary Episcopal Church (Bastrop). He was a founding director of both Trinity Center, a resource center for homeless people, and Warm Heart International, an Episcopal charity operating in Malawi. He is on the boards of the Asia Society of Texas and the International Hospitality Council of Austin, and he is an officer in the Maritime Regiment of the Texas State Guard.
