Ruger to return from Afghanistan

June 2009—Dr. William Ruger, Political Science, will return to campus soon from Afghanistan, where he has spent the past year serving with the U.S. Army National Guard.  He will resume teaching in Fall 2009.  The College of Liberal Arts looks forward to welcoming him home.
