Advising Center staff can answer questions about:

  • General Education/Core Curriculum requirements
  • Major and minor requirements
  • Choosing a major or minor
  • Changing a major or minor
  • Course selection for your major/minor
  • Graduation requirements
  • Double majors and dual degrees
  • Transfer courses and correspondence courses
  • Academic probation and suspension


Advising Center staff will help you to meet the following important deadlines:

  • Applying for a Degree Audit Report upon completion of 45 hours of course work, a preliminary step to graduation
  • Applying for a Degre Audit Summary when you have 30 hours of course work remaining
  • Applying for graduation.  You should apply for graduation online using CATSWEB during the first two weeks of classes in the semester or summer session in which you plan to graduate
