Career Services provides individual and group assistance to undergraduates and graduate students to help you navigate your career path. Career counselors can help you:

  • Explore your skills and interests to evaluate potential educational and career paths
  • Gain hands-on experience with job shadowing, internships or part-time work
  • Conduct an effective job search and refine your resume, cover letter and interview skills
  • Access resources for veterans, minority students and other special populations

Schedule an appointment with a career counselor today by calling the front desk at 512.245.2645.

Appointments can be made Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Fridays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Students living off-campus can schedule phone appointments during the same hours.

Counselors also host walk-in hours on Mondays and Tuesdays, 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. and Wednesdays and Thursdays, 2 p.m. - 5 p.m. Walk-ins are typically 15 minutes in length.
