Please follow these instructions to request a Degree Audit Report:

• Upon completion of 45 hours of coursework, apply for a Degree Audit Report, from the Advising Center—(512) 245-1852 or laadvising@txstate.edu—or online from the Degree Audit Report System. 
• Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to review your Degree Audit Report, (512) 245-1852. Students need to see that they have the appropriate grade-point averages in all courses taken at Texas State and in the major and minor fields of study.
• Apply for a Degree Audit Summary when you have 30 hours of coursework remaining.  Call or e-mail the Advising Center—(512) 245-1852 or laadvising@txstate.edu.
