Degree audit and graduation application procedures

• Upon completion of 45 hours of coursework, apply for a degree audit report, from the Advising Center—(512) 245-1852 or laadvising@txstate.edu—or online from the Degree Audit Report System.  Schedule an appointment with an academic advisor to review your degree audit report, (512) 245-1852. Students need to see that they have the appropriate grade-point averages in all courses taken at Texas State and in the major and minor fields of study.
• Apply for a degree audit summary when you have 30 hours of coursework remaining.  Call or e-mail the Advising Center—(512) 245-1852 or laadvising@txstate.edu.
• Apply for graduation online using CATSWEB during the first two weeks of the semester or summer session in which you plan to graduate.
