To Our Prospective Graduate Students,

I am pleased to hear that you are interested in attending Texas State University-San Marcos for your graduate degree, and I hope you will enroll in one of the exciting graduate programs in the College of Liberal Arts. As you consider our programs, it is important that you become well-acquainted with the web sites of the College of Liberal Arts and the Graduate College. These sites provide information about our degree programs and the faculty and staff who can answer your questions.  They also provide important information about the application process, upcoming deadlines, scholarships and financial aid, housing and transportation, and much more. You should also investigate the website of the department from which you wish to earn a degree. Departmental sites tell students about additional application requirements, degree and program expectations, faculty and courses within the program, and teaching assistantship opportunities.  Following, you'll find the names of the graduate faculty advisors to contact for an appointment to discuss your academic and career aspirations.
