Mr. Russell CapperRussell Capper
Houston, Texas

Russell Capper graduated from Texas State in 1973 with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Math.

After 12 years with IBM, Mr. Capper began a career in 1985 founding and operating technology enabled service companies. He has served as President and COO of Techtron Corp. (dba ComputerLand) and co-owner and CEO of Document Services Inc., an image capture and management company. He expanded the company's offerings before selling to IKON in 1995, where he became President of IKON's Digital Litigation Solutions group. In 1998, he founded eRealty.com, a real estate brokerage built with fully integrated Internet technology. Prudential Real Estate acquired eRealty.com in 2004. Today, Mr. Capper is President of Prudential Real Estate Services Co.  Mr. Capper also launched The BusinessMakers Radio Show in 2005, which showcases successful entrepreneurs and leading corporate intrapreneurs sharing their stories about building successful businesses. 

Mr. Capper has received several awards recognizing his achievements.  He received the Rising Star Award in 2002 from DeLoitte & Touche, was a finalist for the 2002-2003 Ernst& Young Entrepreneur of the Year, and was recognized by TexChange as the 2006 Entrepreneur Champion.
