Diane M. Hirsch

Ms. Hirsch holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science (1982) and a Lawyer's Assistant Program Certificate (1982) from Texas State, and a J.D. (1989) from the University of Houston Law School.

She joined Valero Energy Corp. as Managing Counsel in 2006.  She is a board member of the Association of Corporate Councils and a member of the American Bar Association, the Texas Bar Association, and the San Antonio Bar Association.  She is President-Elect of the San Antonio Bar Association.

In the community, Ms. Hirsch is on the Board of Directors of the Girl Scout Council.  She is a Junior Achievement Volunteer Teacher, a Youth Education Volunteer, and a volunteer at St. Mark Catholic Church.
